Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with medical treatment, Fertility Yoga can help boost reproductive health, increase fertility and enhance conception. Fertility yoga classes are restorative & therapeutic and are specifically designed to create optimum health in the reproductive system. Stress and tension held in the reproductive organs and pelvic area can create blockages that can prevent pregnancy. Fertility Yoga uses poses to tone, strengthen, relax and remove these blockages, creating instead good circulation and energy flow to these areas. As Fertility journeys’ can be extremely stressful, emotional and consuming, Fertility Yoga focuses on balancing the body’s hormones and emotions by providing stress relief and relaxation, which helps create a clear and positive mind.

In your First Trimester?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! These fertility yoga classes are also great for early pregnancy. Your baby is now growing and developing at its fastest rate making the first trimester the most critical time for healthy fetal develpoment. By the end of 12 weeks your baby will be the size of your little finger, have all its organs and be fully formed. You too will be growing a new organ; the placenta, which takes 14 weeks to function properly, supplying your baby with all the nutrients it needs. Fertility yoga classes offer safe poses that enhance the blood flow and energy to your womb, encouraging the delivery of these vital nutrients to help baby develop and grow. This is a wonderfully exciting time, but for some it can also be a time of worry and angst, especially if you have suffered early miscarriage in the past. Fertilty yoga provides a safe, nuturing enviroment, giving you time to destress, renew your energy, relax and bond with your baby.

Group Classes Can provide you with much needed emotional support from people who truly understand what you’re going through, as they are going through it themselves.

One to One Classes cater for the individual’s reproductive health issues and can be done in the privacy of your own home on zoom or locally in person sessions.

Couples Yoga Studies show couples who perform yoga together learn to communicate better and build a higher level of trust and intimacy, in a fun and bonding way. Partner yoga can teach couples how to cope together with the strain of trying for a baby.
